To create a new Job code, an Admin should navigate to the Jobs tab. To define the regulations for the code, they will have to access the Job Assignment tab. Time off for Jobs can be fully paid, partially paid, or not paid.

To create a new Job code, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Add Job"
  2. Show Archived Job Codes
  3. Use the exce file template to upload job codes
  4. To make changes to an existing Job code, such as editing, deleting, or archiving it: Select the appropriate option.
