The term "PTO" stands for Paid Time Off, and an Admin can create a new PTO code by accessing the corresponding tab. To define the rules for the code, they must then navigate to the PTO Accruals section. Time off can be compensated in full, partially, or not at all.


To create a new PTO code, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Add PTO Code" button.
  2. Click on "Show Archived PTO Names."
  3. To make changes to an existing PTO code, such as editing, deleting, or archiving it:
