The Approve section enables the admin to view and approve/change a prior approval for work absence. Users can filter the section for a specific date and employee.

  • The section includes Approve/Reverse Approval buttons (Unapprove), and shifts that are available for approval or alteration have a select box on the left column. By selecting a record, you can approve or change approval for a shift.
  • At the bottom of the section, information about hours and shifts are totaled, and the date of the last saved data is shown. To add a schedule to be approved, select "Add."
